Asia’s serene Buddha symbolizes piety, while its elephant represents strength. Europe’s Neptune and accompanying dolphins are bold, stylized and symbolic of exploration and trade. Africa shows a dignified figure in native dress, with an authoritative scepter. The Americas is represented by a mammoth buffalo head and corn (North America), with a Mayan head and geometric designs (Central and South America).
