Miznon, founded by Israeli Chef Eyal Shani in 2011 in Tel Aviv, is a fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant group, known for its vibrant, street-style pitas and iconic whole roasted cauliflower. Miznon uses only fresh ingredients to capture the essence of each city, resulting in a unique, flavorful experience that combines global energy, local culture, and exceptional food—all wrapped in a pita.
Miznon (meaning “canteen” or “cafeteria” in Hebrew) offers an innovative and unconventional approach to Mediterranean-inspired street food. Serving only fresh ingredients, Miznon’s lively atmosphere and a menu bursting with fresh and wholesome dishes that redefine the simplest of classics. The restaurant’s vision is to take the flavor of each city and translate it into one of their signature pitas. They take the energy, the groove, the desires, the limitations, the beauty, and the food, and express it all in one dish.
