Pebble Bar at The Rink

This summer, the team behind acclaimed Rockefeller Center social spot, Pebble Bar, is opening Pebble Bar at the Rink. A new summer experience on Rockefeller Center’s iconic Rink, Pebble Bar at the Rink is bringing the bar’s iconic cocktails and energetic experience to the center of the midtown neighborhood.

Inspired by the courtyards and piazzas of European cities, Pebble Bar at the Rink will feature a stunning and elegant design from renowned Gachot Studios (AD 100 and Elle Decor A-List), who also designed the four-floor Pebble Bar townhouse. Similar to Pebble Bar, the beverage program will feature timeless cocktails that nod to New York’s decade-defining clubs and institutions, along with a beer selection that highlights NY breweries and a global wine list. Pebble Bar at the Rink will also offer easy-to-drink summer selections, such as frozen cocktails and spritzes. The team from nearby Jupiter, which will also have an outdoor terrazza as part of Summer at the Rink, will provide small bites and nibbles, such as Arancini with fontina + black pepper, Pierini Paninos with gruyere + ham and Pizza Bianco with ricotto, prosciutto + figs to pair with Pebble Bar at the Rink’s cocktail offerings.

The outdoor space will be outfitted with 125 seats in a bar and lounge setting, along with lawn games, all set behind the backdrop of Rockefeller Center’s iconic Prometheus statue.

Pebble Bar at the Rink is co-owned and operated by partners, fireinds and longtime New Yorkers Matt Kliegman, Carlos Quirarte and Matthew Charles, who are behind some of NYC’s most beloved drinking and dining destinations.
