The Class is taking over Top of the Rock on July 19th and 26th for a transformative, music-driven workout above the city. The Class Founder Taryn Toomey's signature Method blends movement, breathwork, and sound to engage the body, mind, and heart. Surrounded by 360° views of New York City, all fitness levels are welcome. Come as you are and leave elevated.
