Jerry I. Speyer
Mr. Speyer is Chairman of Tishman Speyer. He is one of the two founding partners of the company, formed in 1978. Actively engaged with a number of philanthropic efforts, Mr. Speyer is Chairman of New York-Presbyterian Hospital. Mr. Speyer’s other board affiliations include the Museum of Modern Art, where he is Chairman Emeritus, Yankee Global Enterprises, Columbia Business School Board of Overseers, the National September 11 Memorial & Museum, the Kennedy Center Corporate Fund Board, and the Städel Museum in Frankfurt. He is a member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, the Council on Foreign Relations, and the National Committee on United States-China Relations.
Previously, he was Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York; Chairman Emeritus of Columbia University; Chairman Emeritus of the Real Estate Board of New York; Chairman Emeritus of the Partnership for New York City; and President Emeritus of the Board of Trustees of the Dalton School. Mr. Speyer holds a BA from Columbia College and an MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
