How does weather impact Skylift?In the event Skylift must be closed due to extreme weather conditions, tickets will be reissued for a later date to ensure everyone’s safety.

Is there a height and weight limit?While there is no height limit to ride Skylift, we ask that all children under 18 years old be accompanied by an adult for the entire duration of your Skylift experience. Guests who exceed 300 lbs. (136 kg) will not be able to ride.

Is there a dress code?No. Loose articles of clothing (hats, scarves, etc.) must be securely fastened. Please note that the Skylift floor is clear, and for your comfort, we recommend wearing pants, shorts, or tights if possible.

What is not allowed on Skylift?The following are not permitted on Skylift:
- Other electronic devices apart from a cellphone and/or small hand-held camera
- Loose articles of clothing that cannot be properly secured to the guest
- Large bags / backpacks / shopping bags / luggage. Nothing can be "stored" on the ride platform.
- Loose valuables that cannot be placed securely inside guest's pockets or bags must be stored inside Cubbies
- Beverages, water bottles and other liquid containers
- Medical devices such as oxygen tanks
- Baby Strollers and Carriers
- Smoking and/or vaping
- No running, jumping or horseplay
Cubbies are available to safely store your valuables during your Skylift experience.

- Guests under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other substances will not be permitted to ride.

- No liquids, open containers or water bottles are allowed on Skylift. Water bottles must be stored in the cubbies.
- No pets allowed. Service and emotional support animals are not permitted on Skylift. Guests with service animals must have a member of their party supervise the service animal for the duration of their experience.
