How does weather impact The Beam?In the event The Beam must be closed due to extreme weather conditions, guests will be issued a voucher to visit at a later date.

Is there a height or weight limit?Guests must be 52 inches (~132 cm) or taller to ride alone. If under 52 inches, guests must be a minimum of 42 inches (~107 cm) and be accompanied by an adult. All guests must have tickets. The maximum weight limit is 300 lbs. (~136 kg.)

Is there a dress code?Guests must wear close-toed shoes or sandals that fully engage the heel. Hats and glasses, and scarves (as examples) must be securely fastened.

How many people are on The Beam at a time?The Beam accommodates seven guests per Beam. You will share the experience with other guests unless you have purchased a VIP Pass, which includes a private experience on The Beam.

What is not allowed on The Beam?The following items are not permitted on The Beam: Cellphones, tablets, laptops, electronic devices, cameras, selfie-sticks, go-pros and other recording devices, backpacks or bags of any size, keys, wallets, beverages, bottles, infant carriers or any other loose items. Medical devices such as oxygen tanks, canes and walkers are also not permitted.
All loose personal belongings must be stored in the cubbies located adjacent to The Beam.
